and information on gun safety. Gun locks will be available from Eddie the Eagle
who will remind kids of what to do if they find a gun. There will be PCSO staff
on hand who will offer youth finger printing, K-9 demos, balloon animals, jumping
castles, face painting, cotton candy, snow cones, popcorn, free food and much more.

Sheriff Paul Babeu expressed excitement over the opening of what he calls the “best
sub-station yet.” Sheriff Babeu said, “The Grand Opening of our new San Tan Valley
Substation in just one of the many steps we are taking to improve service and give
back to our communities. Our Sheriff’s Office has planned a great day. The safety
fair is certain to be a fun-filled event for all ages. We planned this event in
conjunction with our grand opening in an effort to engage our community in taking
steps to stay safe and be healthy while highlighting improved service and reforms.”
