Sheriff speaks in video message to PCSO staff

This video was specifically taped for PCSO staff, where Sheriff Paul appreciates
key staff for their exemplary work and also provides updates on why some of the
changes have occurred. The Sheriff further explains the achievements to date and
also future direction of the Sheriff's Office. This gives the public and inside
view on the dynamic changes occurring withing PCSO. Why are these internal reforms
so important to the public? All changes and reforms are intended to improve operations
and service to the public. PCSO and Sheriff Paul are most concerned with keeping
our Pinal families safe. Improved training, discipline and use of new technology
will result in improved service and safety to you and your family.
